We stand for diversity, inclusion, and fair pay for everyone we work with. We believe everyone deserves a chance. That’s why we follow a clear compensation policy, have a procedure in place to prevent conflicts of interest, and use the Governance Code for Culture as our guideline. A deal is a deal.

Our Compensation Policy

The board members of Stichting Teatro KadaKen are not paid for their work, but they do receive reimbursement for any costs they incur in their role.
The experienced and emerging professionals we work with, such as directors, writers, musicians, and actors, are paid according to rates that are standard in the cultural sector on Curaçao. These rates are comparable to what professionals in education earn.
