That\u2019s why we follow a clear compensation policy, have a procedure in place to prevent conflicts of interest, and use the Governance Code for Culture as our guideline. A deal is a deal.   <\/p>\n<h3>Our Compensation Policy<\/h3>\n<p>The board members of Stichting Teatro KadaKen are not paid for their work, but they do receive reimbursement for any costs they incur in their role.<br \/>\nThe experienced and emerging professionals we work with, such as directors, writers, musicians, and actors, are paid according to rates that are standard in the cultural sector on Cura\u00e7ao.
